Hi! I’m Mélanie, a passionate Destination Wedding Photographer based in Brittany, France.
Since 2013, I’ve had the pleasure of storytelling over 150 weddings across Brittany and the Grand West of France. I frequently capture beautiful weddings in Rennes, Saint-Malo, Vannes, Quimper, and even in Normandy.
Many of my couples come from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Asia, often marrying a French partner or planning a destination wedding in France. Whether you are both from abroad or one of you is French, I understand the unique challenges of organizing a wedding in another country and will be there to guide you every step of the way.
One of my biggest strengths is that I speak fluent English, so from our first conversation to your wedding day, you won’t have to worry about any language barriers. I’ll make sure your vision is perfectly understood and beautifully captured.

My goal is pretty simple: I want to create photos you’ll actually be proud to share and keep forever. The kind of shots that, ten or twenty years from now, will make you smile instantly because they feel real, not staged.
I’m really not into stiff poses or those ‘fake’ smiles. What I’m looking for are the little things: the looks you give each other when no one’s watching, the happy tears, and those huge laughs no one can hide. To me, it’s all those tiny, messy, beautiful moments that actually tell the story of who you are as a couple.
I bring this same relaxed vibe to everything I shoot, whether we’re doing an engagement session, a ‘day after’ session, or if I’m lucky enough to see your family grow years later.

My Style & Vibe
I’ve always been deeply inspired by two distinct approaches in wedding photography, so instead of picking one, I decided to do both. It just feels more like me!
On one hand, there’s the fine art influence: clean compositions, soft light, and warm, luminous tones that bring an elegant and timeless feel to your images.
On the other, I’m drawn to photojournalism for its authenticity, capturing the raw, spontaneous, sometimes chaotic moments that reflect the true emotion and energy of your day.
This blend allows me to tell your story with both intention and honesty, a balance of beauty and realness, just like life itself !
My Ideal Weddings ?
I don’t have a specific style! I do have a slight specialty in intimate weddings, as my couples often prefer small gatherings.
Otherwise, I’m proud to say that my clientele is as eclectic as I am. Here, we love everyone and every type of wedding!
Whether you’re planning an elegant wedding in a grand château, a beach wedding with your feet in the sand, a restaurant celebration after a civil ceremony, a bohemian wedding, something rock ‘n’ roll, in a field under the trees, or even in a house under renovation (true story), I’d be thrilled to be your photographer.
My only criteria? Lovely and kind-hearted couples. Okay, you might even get a bonus point if you have dogs !
